General Description

Description: Product prices and promotional prices are set by the Marketing Department. Under no circumstances are price quotations to be sent or orders taken that deviate from the standard Price List or whatever promotional pricing is in place.

All customers should be charged the same price with the exception of Government and Educational institutions. See below. Distributors may not charge a price higher than the price listed on the standard Price List.
Purpose: It is important that customers all be charged a fair and equal price.
Scope: Government and educational institutions receive a 10% discount off the standard price.

Requirements

Approvals: Any deviations from standard pricing on any quotation must be approved by the Vice President of Marketing.
