Cryogenic Processor

Durable Metal Products has developed Cryo-Temper, a cryogenic processor that in a controlled atmosphere, tempers up to 1100 degrees F and cryogenically treats down to 300 degrees below zero in one continuous programmable operation. This eliminates multiple product handling operations, and eliminates problems associated with moisture and corrosion. In addition, the product passes through ambient temperature without a break in transition for best possible treatment results.

Being able to eliminate uncontrolled breaks in temperature transition, passing through ambient temperature without stalling, makes this cryogenic processor the only commercially available system that offers total repeatability time after time.

DMP will provide cryogenic processing services to customers, or build a Cryo-Temper cryogenic processor for them. DMP's units are custom designed around the products to be treated, thus minimizing operation costs.
